Each order is custom made and processing times will very throughout the year (slightly longer processing times around the holidays). We strive to have a majority of orders made and shipped within 5 - 7 business days.

Any personalized item that is sold will have a computerized proof emailed to the buyer within 24-48 hours of placing the order. We typically will give the buyer another 24-48 hours to respond if any corrections are needed or approve if everything looks correct.
